Key responsibilities include:

  • Process accounts payable invoices (full cycle) and ensure purchase order matches and the proper approvals are received.
  • Process and audit employee expense reports and corporate card expense reports
  • Process wires, checks, and ACH for vendor payments
  • Prepare weekly and monthly AP/ PLANT aging logs.
  • Monthly journal entries are prepared for accounts payable and corporate card accruals
  • Complete or assist with various projects requested from internal employees and vendors
  • Maintain vendor relationships

Qualifications:


Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Experience working in a team-oriented work environment
  • Ability to prioritize based on business needs
  • General math skills, aptitude for working with numbers
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with all levels of employees
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Preferred:

  • Experience with the payables module of large ERP system
  • A minimum of 2 years professional accounts payable experience
  • Associates or Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
